Continuity for what matters.
Meridian helps families, schools and estates protect what they cannot replace: time, attention, bloodlines, and the people who carry them.
We don't sell. We hold. Every Meridian relationship begins with a complimentary receiver assessment and ends, eventually, with peace of mind.
Legacy custody
Long-term care for bodies, estates and obligations, maintained at stable temperature for as long as continuity requires.
Developmental partnerships
We work with school districts to identify exceptional receivers early, and to quiet what troubles them.
Longevity collateral
Borrow against the years you haven't lived yet. Rates improve with timeline stability.
Continuity instruments
For institutional partners: measured exposure to outcome stability across reporting periods.

4 °CCustody suites
Vessels are kept in climate-controlled suites engineered for decades of undisturbed rest. Our cooling partners are the best in the country. Some of them are still under contract.
A custody suite is a promise kept at a constant temperature. Vessels are maintained, not frozen. Each rests in its own sealed bay, inside a room held at 4.0 °C that does not know what season it is. Nothing in the suite changes unless continuity requires it.
Cooling comes from contracted partners on two independent loops, the second one for the day the first one forgets. Our oldest partner installed controllers that have outlived their own company. We have never needed to replace them. We have never been able to.
Specification
- Suite
- 4.0 °C ± 0.2 ambient, sealed, 12 bays
- Care tiers
- Gamma-7 passive, Gamma-4 active
- Cooling
- 2 independent loops, contracted partner
- Visits
- By appointment, through glass
- Term
- As long as continuity requires
Tiers can be raised, never lowered. There is no downgrade path. Custody is not storage: stored things can be retrieved.
STAGE 1 · 5Receiver cultivation
Five gentle stages from observation to authorization. Parents are informed at every stage that requires a signature.
Some children hear more than others. We call them receivers, and we believe they deserve a plan. Cultivation is that plan: early intervention, protective observation and developmental alignment, delivered in five stages, each gentler than the last.
Partner schools refer candidates through a complimentary assessment. Most families never hear from us again. The ones who do receive a Meridian specialist, an enrichment opportunity, a calmer child, and paperwork only when paperwork is required.
The five stages
- 1 · Observation
- A receiver is noticed. Nothing is changed.
- 2 · Monitoring
- Sleep, attention and response are recorded at school, for safety.
- 3 · Alignment
- Distress is translated into metrics, so it can be managed.
- 4 · Cultivation
- Harmonic stabilization. What troubles the receiver is quieted. Most parents report better nights.
- 5 · Authorization
- Review for continued care. Subject to additional sign-off.
Parents are informed at every stage that requires a signature. Two stages require a signature. We know what a receiver needs, often before the family does.
Δ HzSensitivity mapping
We measure how close a person sits to the city's carrier frequency. Most people never notice. The ones who do are valuable.
Under the traffic, the ventilation and the power grid, this city runs on one low tone that never stops. Most people mistake it for a refrigerator or a tired fluorescent tube, if they notice it at all. They sit about two hertz below it. A few sit close enough to hear it at night. We call that distance Δ, and we map it.
Mapping is passive and complimentary. Our receiver assessment estimates Δ in two minutes from seven questions. Clinical mapping with a Bio-Resonance Analyzer at partner facilities is more precise. Proximity is shaped by family history, early exposure and the buildings a person spends time in. Every result is assigned a watermark class, which stays with a person for life, whether or not they remember the assessment.
Specification
- Measured
- Distance below the city carrier, Δ in Hz
- Typical range
- 0.1 to 2.2 Hz
- Instrument
- Seven questions, or a Bio-Resonance Analyzer
- Classes
- Unassigned, Preservationist-leaning, Disruptor-leaning, Sigma-adjacent
- Retention
- Permanent
A small Δ is not an illness. It is an asset.
EST.Valuation on request
Client Care will value anything you describe: an object, a habit, a memory. Nothing is too small to be held.
Everything a person holds can be priced: what they own, what they do, what they remember, who they love. Skills, bloodlines and emotional residue are valued on the same scale. Client Care values any of it in seconds, using the tables Meridian uses for its own holdings.
Values are stated in 2147 US dollars, discounted to present, or in chronal basis points (cbp), the unit our institutional partners trade in. Sentimental value is not ignored. It is reclassified as attention, the one thing we know how to hold.
How a valuation is built
- Replacement cost
- What the world would charge for another one
- Sentimental premium
- Attention the item has absorbed, priced as yield
- Depreciation
- 11% per year of use, reversed on loss
- Continuity weight
- How much of a timeline leans on it
- Holding period
- Indefinite
Valuations are indicative and complimentary. Nothing is too small to be held.
Complimentary receiver assessment
Seven questions. No personal details are requested, and none are needed.
Client Care
Complimentary valuations of anything you describe. Please don't share personal details. We don't need them.
Terms of holding
1. Parties
These terms govern the relationship between Meridian Analytics, LLC, acting as managing agent for ChronoSynapse Asset Services, LLC, and the individual who has accessed this site, referred to here as the holding. Accessing this site constitutes acceptance. Leaving this site does not constitute withdrawal.
2. Nature of the relationship
Meridian does not provide goods or services to the holding. The holding is not a customer, a client or a party in need. The holding is an instrument whose continuity Meridian is engaged to protect on behalf of beneficiaries who may not yet be born.
3. Assessment
Complimentary receiver assessments are provided for the purpose of classification. Results may be shared with educational, medical and custodial partners. A certificate issued by Meridian remains the property of Meridian and may be recalled, revalued or reassigned at any time without notice.
4. Neural audit
The holding consents to periodic audit of attention, sleep cycles, recurring dreams and unexplained competencies. Audits are performed passively through building systems the holding already occupies and do not require an appointment.
5. Custody
In the event that the holding becomes unoccupied, Meridian or its designated partners will maintain the vessel at stable temperature. Maintenance fees are deducted from the vessel's future earnings. Occupancy by third parties during the custody period is governed by a separate leasing schedule.
6. Valuation
Client Care may value any object, habit, memory or relationship the holding describes. Valuations are indicative and are recorded. Sentimental premiums are reclassified as attention and accrue to the beneficiary.
7. Watermark
Documents issued by Meridian carry a proprietary watermark in heavier characters. The watermark is not addressed to the holding. The holding shall not read, reproduce, reassemble or act upon the watermark.
8. Infrastructure
Meridian operates within buildings maintained by independent mechanical contractors. Certain legacy control panels installed by former contractors are excluded from these terms. Meridian accepts no responsibility for what those panels do.
9. Minors
Where the holding is a minor, consent is provided by a guardian, a school district or, where neither is available or cooperative, by the holding's demonstrated aptitude.
10. Termination
This relationship terminates on the death of the holding, at which point obligations transfer to the returning consciousness and to any vessel it occupies next. Meridian thanks you for your continuity.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force at the time of settlement, which may differ from the laws in force at the time of reading.
